Isixhobo esizenzekelayo se-Kjeldahl nitrogenumsebenzi wokusebenza:

Inkqubo yovavanyo lwesampula:

(1) Faka isixhobo kwaye udibanise umbhobho.

(2) Vula i-condensate, beka ityhubhu yokwetyisa engenanto, vula isixhobo kuqala umphunga womoya kangange-5 ~ 10min, coca umbhobho, ukuze umphunga wamanzi uzinze.

(4) Uvavanyo luphelile kwaye iziphumo zibonisiwe. Inokushicilela, ikhuphe inkunkuma kwaye icoceke ngokuzenzekelayo. Isikrini sokuqala sepharamitha sibonisiwe.
