1. There are blind spots in the verification of force sensors.
The general metrological verification takes 10% or even 20% of the maximum load of the equipment as the starting point of the verification, and many sensors with poor quality are just less than or equal to 10%.
2. The motion speed of the beam is unstable.
Different experimental speeds will get different experimental results, so it is also necessary to verify the speed.
3. The material selection of the manufacturer’s motion beam is improper.
Especially when doing large tonnage metal tests, because the beam is also stressed at the same time, the deformation itself will affect the test results. Therefore, it is better to choose a good cast steel material, if it is cast iron material, sometimes it will be overwhelmed and directly broken;
4. Installation position of the displacement sensor
Because of the difference in design, the installation position of the displacement sensor is different: but the installation on the edge of the screw will be more accurate than the installation on the motor;
5. Coaxiality (versus neutral) is ignored
It may be the difficulty of the test, almost no one to investigate the coaxiality of the equipment, but the coaxiality problem will certainly have an impact on the experimental results, especially some small load tests, have seen the fixture base is not fixed equipment in the test, the credibility of the data is clear;
6. The fixture problem
After long-term use, the jaw of the fixture will be worn, the teeth will be broken and the teeth will be deformed, which will lead to the unreliability of the clamp, or cause damage to the sample, and affect the final result of the test.
7. Synchronous belt or reducer effect
If the equipment is not careful enough in the production process, it will accelerate the aging life of these two parts, and it will affect the results of the experiment if it is not replaced in time.
8. The safety protection device is faulty
The consequences may directly damage the equipment, and it is recommended to check regularly, as some may be caused by a failure of the software.
