Usage of drying oven:
The operator should read the instructions carefully and be familiar with the functions of the incubator before switching on the power. When the display temperature of the incubator reaches the set temperature, the heating is interrupted and the heating indicator is off. After 90 minutes of power on at the standard ambient temperature, the temperature can remain stable. If the immediate temperature in the incubator exceeds the set upper alarm temperature, the temperature tracking alarm indicator of the temperature controller is on, and the power supply of the heater is automatically cut off. If the glass door is opened to take samples, the heater and circulating air machine will stop working. When the glass door is closed, the heater and fan can operate normally, so as to avoid the pollution of culture and overflushing of temperature.
Drying oven maintenance and maintenance:
Keep the surface of the incubator clean and beautiful. The incubator should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and inflammable and explosive objects should not be placed around it. Do not put the items in the box too crowded, must leave space. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean. After each use, it should be cleaned. If it is not used for a long time, it should be covered with dust cover and placed in a dry room. The equipment management personnel shall conduct metrological verification according to the verification plan and check the temperature control periodically. When the ambient temperature is lower than 40 ° C in summer, use the air conditioner to lower the ambient temperature (25-28 ° C at night) to avoid temperature loss. Do not place the incubator in high temperature or damp place and avoid direct sunlight. The fan in the incubator is regularly filled with lubricating grease. If it is not used for a long time, the water in the water jacket should be discharged, and neutral grease or vaseline should be daubed on the electroplated parts to prevent corrosion.
