DRK-D82 loose density tester is an instrument used to test the loose density of various powders. It conforms to the national standard of the People’s Republic of China – measurement of bulk density in dust physical property test method GB/T16913 and measurement of bulk density in GB/T 31057.1, and is a general standard bulk density meter.
Testing steps:
Place the measuring cylinder on the platform, set the platform to level, insert the blocking rod into the funnel to block the flow outlet, and ensure that the blocking rod is in an upright position. Fill the sample measuring cylinder and pour all the powder to be measured into the funnel, then pull out the blocking rod, so that the powder flows into the measuring cylinder through the funnel flow outlet, when all the powder flows out, take out the measuring cylinder, scrape it flat with a scraper and put it on the balance to weigh.
If the powder is wet, it needs to be dried beforehand. The drying method is to dry the powder in an oven at 105 ° C. If there is debris in the powder, it is necessary to remove the debris with 80 mesh screens.
The same sample to do three tests, take its average for the sample of loose density results, and the three tests obtained by the powder mass of the maximum value and the minimum value of the difference should be less than 1g, otherwise continue to test, until there are three mass of the maximum and minimum value of the difference is less than 1g, using the three data to calculate the loose density value.
