1, in the operation of the electric furnace, the temperature in the furnace is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum use temperature of the equipment, in order to extend the service life of the equipment, the long-term working temperature should be 50 degrees lower than the rated temperature.

2, reduce the number of times to open the furnace door in the work, avoid the temperature in the furnace cold and hot, protect the integrity of the furnace.

3, the furnace door should be opened and closed gently, and the workpiece should be handled gently to avoid damage to the furnace and furnace. When taking and placing the heated workpiece, the power supply should be turned off first to ensure personal safety.

4, when the thermocouple or temperature control instrument is damaged and needs to be replaced, it should be ensured that the thermocouple and the instrument are consistent, otherwise it will cause the temperature of the furnace and the temperature control instrument to be inconsistent, and the electric furnace will burn down in serious cases.

5, it is forbidden to pour liquid directly into the furnace, and often clean the iron filings and oxide skins in the furnace to keep the furnace clean.

6, the electric furnace must not be placed in a strong magnetic field, strongly corrosive gas, a large amount of dust and vibration or explosive gas environment. The ambient temperature is 5-40 degrees, and the relative humidity is not more than 80%.
