Instrument principle:
The air bath film heat shrinkable performance tester uses the multi-station film heat shrinkable performance tester of air heating principle to test the performance of various heat shrinkable films, such as shrinkage force and shrinkage rate, so as to compare the difference of the performance of shrinkable films produced by different materials, and it is suitable for testing the heat shrinkable films of different materials.
Experimental method:
The thermal shrinkage film is placed on the fixture with displacement sensor or force value sensor, and the shrinkage performance curves of the film with time change after being heated in the closed heating chamber are tested, so as to obtain the thermal shrinkage force, cold shrinkage force and maximum shrinkage rate.
