Introduction

This instrument is used to determine the wear resistance of woven and knitted fabrics, and can also be used for nonwovens, but not suitable for long nap fabrics. It can be used to measure the properties of wool fabric under slight pressure.It is not suitable for wool fabric with thickness over 3mm.

Main structural characteristics

1. The machine is composed of two parts: the instrument body and the electrical part.The metal component is the main body of the instrument, which carries out the test work through the electronic control system.The movement of the grinding head is driven by the motor and driven by the reducer and guide plate. The track of the grinding head is similar to the actual wear process of the fabric.
