IV Technical assurance and installation acceptance
1. The scope of supply of the equipment provided by the Seller fully complies with the requirements of the scope of supply in Annex I, and the performance of the equipment complies with and meets the requirements and performance indicators specified in the main performance description in Annex II.
2. Installation requirements:

3. Installation: Upon the arrival of the goods at the Buyer’s factory, the Buyer shall prepare the gas, electricity, pipelines and worktables necessary for the installation of the instruments and shall notify the Seller to install and debug the instruments. Within one week after receiving the written notice from the Buyer, the Seller shall dispatch its competent technicians to the Buyer’s factory to install and debug the instruments free of charge.
4. Acceptance
a) Preliminary acceptance of arrival: After the equipment is delivered to the Buyer’s factory and the seller’s technical personnel arrive, the buyer and the seller shall jointly unpack the equipment and check and inspect the instruments according to the contract; If any shortage, damage or non-conformity with the contract is found; The seller shall rectify any discrepancy with the contract within two weeks.
b) Delivery and acceptance: After the technician of the seller completes the installation and debugging of the instrument, the seller and the buyer shall carry out the acceptance of the equipment as agreed in the installation contract and this technical agreement, and the seller shall guarantee that the performance and specifications of the instrument are in conformity with the parameters listed in this Agreement.
c) Trial operation: After the installation and commissioning of the equipment is completed and the acceptance is qualified, the trial operation procedure will be entered. The trial operation time is one week. If there is a quality problem during the trial operation, the seller shall reply within 24 hours after receiving the buyer’s notice, and arrive at the buyer’s site within 24 hours for maintenance and treatment.
V Technical training after-sales service
1. After the goods arrive at the Buyer’s factory, the seller shall train the Buyer’s operation and maintenance personnel at the Buyer’s site. The number of trained personnel shall be arranged by the Buyer, and the personnel shall preferably be composed of instrument operators, equipment maintenance personnel and factory technicians; Training content includes: equipment operation and use, electrical machinery maintenance, common troubleshooting and treatment; The training period is 2 days, after the completion of the training, the buyer’s trained personnel should be able to operate the equipment independently.
2. The Seller’s technical personnel shall provide detailed guidance on technical documents, drawings, technological processes, operation manuals, equipment performance, analysis methods and precautions, analyze, answer and solve questions raised by the buyer, and take preventive measures.
3. The Seller’s technical personnel shall provide the Buyer with complete and correct technical guidance. In order to ensure the correct implementation of the above work, give necessary instructions.
4. The Seller shall provide the buyer with a quality warranty period of 12 months after the acceptance of the instrument. During the warranty period, the Buyer shall use the instrument normally, and the repair, replacement and travel expenses incurred due to the quality defects of the instrument shall be borne by the Seller. The quality guarantee period of newly replaced parts shall be one year from the date of replacement.
