Features:
1. Using PID intelligent temperature control, the temperature control accuracy is high, which can ensure that the temperature at the top 10 mm of the die in the barrel is within ±0.5℃
2. The key parts are nitrided, with high strength, hardness and small deformation characteristics, and ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement data;
3. The heating speed is fast. The heater of the instrument adopts a special spring heating ring for hot runner. Its main material is imported nickel-chromium wire alloy, which is better than traditional dynamic heaters.
4. Stronger dry burning resistance, higher power, better heating uniformity and long service life, supporting the instrument to work for a long time at the highest temperature of 450 ℃;
5. The instrument heating adopts a voltage regulating module, which can adjust the voltage and power in a full range. Compared with the traditional solid-state relay on-off control, the heating is more stable and rapid, so that the constant temperature state can be quickly restored after filling;
6. The instrument adopts a customized armored platinum resistance temperature sensor with the highest accuracy class A, and the accuracy is within 0.1℃. Compared with traditional sensors, it has the characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and can be bent at will. Longer life, can ensure the long-term use of the instrument under the highest temperature of 450 ℃ environment.
