Each electric heating plate has 6 electric heat pipes, the total power is 3KW, 6 electric heat pipes are not equidistant arrangement, the power of each electric heat pipe is different, so as to ensure that the hot plate temperature uniform, hot plate temperature automatic control, high temperature control precision, good quality of processed products. The machine is equipped with 16/4 oil pump, driven directly by the motor, the motor starts with magnetic starter, built-in overload protection, when the motor overload or failure, it will automatically stop.

The middle layer hot plate of the machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four pillars, and is equipped with a guide frame. The machine uses tubular electric heating element heating, no boiler, reduce air pollution, keep the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Can be used in a single machine, convenient for users. The machine is provided with an oil storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil liquid for the circulation of the oil pump. The type of oil used, N32# or N46# hydraulic oil is recommended, and the oil must be filtered by 100 mesh /25×25 filter before it can be injected into the tank. The oil must be kept clean and not mixed with impurities.

Management and operation

The machine is equipped with an electrical control box for operating the motor, stopping and controlling the heating system. The control handle on the control valve can control the flow direction of the pressure oil. Before the equipment is used, the filtered pure oil should be injected into the storage tank, the oil tank is provided with an oil injection hole, and the oil injection height is injected according to the oil mark height.

Before the normal use of the equipment, it is necessary to run the empty test. Before the test, it is necessary to check whether the connecting parts are loose and whether the pipelines are firm. Specific requirements for the test run are as follows:

1, pull down the control valve handle, open the control valve, start the oil pump, let the oil pump idling for 10 minutes, the sound is normal before no-load operation.

2, pull the handle up, close the control valve, let the hydraulic oil with a certain pressure into the cylinder, so that the plunger rises to the hot plate closed.

3, empty running test hot plate closing times should not be less than 5 times, confirm that the machine meets the design requirements, can be put into normal use.
